A Dreamer

On this bed I lay

Regaining consciousness

Then I fall asleep

Is this just a dream?

On the ground I stay

Motionless in pain

I can see my life,

Flashing before my eyes.

I will not die

I wait here for you

I’m in my time of dying

I’m living a nightmare

Wake me up 

And let us create

A wonderful new world

Free from fear of differences

When all things have been just fine,
will I think that I had my time?

When all around me have beend bound,
Will I think that I have found?

When all my muscles have been buffed,
will I think that I have had enough?

When all words have been said and done,
will I think that I had won?

I guess the ultimate question is:
will I ever be satisfied???

I’m walking with half a soul.

I’m a talking lips with half a mind.

I’m an acting body with half a heart.

I’m a man with half a feeling.

I’m incomplete.

I may not have the courage
that will guide me through the toughest time
   

I may not have wealth
that can cover the world’s needs
   

I may not have a perfect shape
that will enlighten everyone’s view
   

I may not have been good in life
that makes every day as bright as the sun
   

I may not have started writing this poem
that creates a confusion in my head
   

I may not have it all
but at least I have a life
‘Cos it is the best give that I will ever receive…

It’s just another Saturday afternoon. All I got in my head is just this jumble up words and sentences. It’s still a bit raw, but I hope the message is clear. Here goes the first poem in March 2008.

To love sincerely is what I am learning
Meeting you I consider to be a wonderful blessing
   

I will try to be there for you forever
Don’t ask me to leave for I will forsake you never
   

I hope that loving you is not a crime
I will try to be there for you in good and bad times
   

In my heart is where you will always be
I want you to know I gave you all of me

I miss you each day
With your scent in the air
when you are close to me
      

I miss you each day
With your face next to mine
You’re smiling the whole time
       

I miss you each day
With your sweet voice
Speaking gently to my ears
         

I miss you each day
When you are looking at me
With my reflection in your eyes
          

I miss you each day
With the way you care about me
Even when I am away
       

I miss you….

I remember I made this poem for a friend in need back in melb. It’s been around since 2005. I hope that this will touch different souls and make them realize that by having friends, we’ll learn to be stronger and live a better life…

As you grow strong

In my long lost passions
Yet I can sense your confusion
You feel lost in illusion
I wish to be your guide

In my very essence of life
But I can see you’re hurt

I went along my journey

On a cold lonely night

I thought about my one soul mate

I dreamt of her everyday

It was a very special dream

That stayed in my heart

A dream of peace and happiness

That I have felt from the beginning

Our hearts met unexpectedly

It was nothing we had planned

Yet, suddenly we were abducted

To some sweet and sacred place.

Your soft eyes in the morning sun

Are more beautiful than I could ever dream

Your eyes probe my soul for confidence

For faith, bravery and truth

Together in that special place

Our lost souls found each other

So many dreams we shared that night

But reality bites in the early morning
